It is not mandatory to have a business WhatsApp .But its always to good to have a business WhatsApp  and use the features like auto reply to get the maximum from Chatby . Its one way of promoting your online shop . 

Can I use one WhatShop account for my other business branches?

Yes, you can use it for your other businesses or branches .But you will have only WhatsApp number to receive orders . Additionally, all your products has to be listed in one account 

Do I need to install Chatby ?

Chatby doesn’t require any installation because it’s not an app .
We will provide the link , QR code to access your online store .

Can i change my whatsApp number to which orders are coming ?

Yes, it can be done very easily from the back end . Just re enter the new number and click / tap save 

Can i add multiple images of a product ?

Yes, you can add multiple images and description of the products and your customers can find in the product detail page navigated when clicked on product name
