Sales & Solutions consultant

Job Description :

Understand the customer’s retail business model and identify the problem / need of our customer that could be solved using our product .

Job Responsibilities :

  •  Call retailers who expressed interest in our solution.
  •  Ask relevant questions & understand the customer problems.
  •  Analyze the current situation of the customer
  •  Understand his business problem / need /goals he wants to achieve or why hewants our product
  •  Propose the solution to the customer
  •  And explain how our product is a potential solution for their problem / need
  •  Give a demo of our product
  •  Convert the lead to customer
  •  Collect payments & introduce customers to the onboarding team.
  •  Update CRM
  •  Analyze his/her performance & make necessary changes to achieve companygoals
  •  Report to Sales ManagerSalary & Benefits :
  •  Fixed pay between 15,000 to 20,000
  •  Incentives worth 30,000 INRJob Location :

Experience & Qualifications :

  •  At Least 1 year of experience in selling B2B products
  •  Must speak Hindi fluently & understand English
